Disappointing

The service was good, and everyone we spoke with at the property was very polite. Aside from that, I don’t have many good things to say. The room was dated, the basic rooms look nothing like the photos online, the bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable. WiFi worked intermittently. The hot tub was cold and sauna was very small. Overall very disappointed in what I thought was gong to be a very relaxing stay.

Great hotel with mountain views

Clean rooms. Good service. Nice patio overlooking mountains. Breakfast is 13 Euros and wasn't worth it, but no breakfast places around so either make a your own and enjoy whatever they give you at hotel. You are close to gandola to Meribel, just put your boots on and go, no day lockers at ski areas.

Our breakfast includes on display and at will : cold buffet with cereals, müesli, yoghurts, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, fruit compote, dried fruit, fruit salad, cheese, ham and hot buffet with home cooked bacon and scrambled eggs - Bread at your disposal - Home cooked croissants - Bred, butter, jam, honey, nuttela - Hot beverages with a wide range of tea choice, coffee, capuccino... We do think this is worth 13 €uros comparing with the prices generally found in the area... We are glad you enjoyed our proximity to the gondola which leads straight to Meribel ski area..

Everything was perfectly done. The restaurant was better than I anticipated also. I will definitely stay here again.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and incredible food at the restaurant! The dinners really were amazing!

Très bon hôtel qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse avec dressing très appréciable avec les affaires de ski. Pdj en buffet avec tous ce qu’il faut. Le repas du soir avec plat raffiné. Possibilité de manger à la carte quand le menu du dîner ne convient pas . Franchement belle surprise sur cet hôtel.

Hôtel très sympa mais pas du tout "au pied des piste"! Il faut une bonne demi-heure pour monter à Méribel c'est pénible.... La chambre était très agréable, le petit déjeuner décevant pour le prix.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous ne prétendons pas être au pied des pistes, mais à proximité immédiate du télécabine menant directement sur les pistes de Méribel, ce que nos clients apprécient. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié, en sachant que nous offrons à volonté : - Boissons chaudes (avec choix de thés), jus de fruits variés, céréales, pain, viennoiseries, müesli, yaourts, fromage blanc, fromage sec, fruits frais, compote, salade de fruits, fruits secs, jambon, et des plats chauds : oeufs brouillés et bacon ou saucisses. Le prix de 13 € est tout à fait similaire aux prix pratiqués ailleurs. Merci encore pour le partage de vos impressions !
