The rooms smelled, there were a lot of people loitering in front of the building, people getting into verbal altercations and slamming doors, towels had stains, beds were very uncomfortable and shower had very little water pressure.

First of all they wanted a $200. Dollar deposit for a $68 room. They said it was because I was paying with CASH not a credit card. Believe me that didn't happen. Next the room picture didn't do it justice, the bed is up against a wall with only access is over the foot of the bed for the person sleeping on the left. Then to top it off NO HOT WATER, we ran the water for 20 mins. and it was still cold. The bed was more like the floor to sleep on, one very thin blanket, no top sheet, 4 pillows, 2 pillow cases, and the other 2 pillows were plastic covered. WHAT A DUMP!!!!!!!!!¡!

After reviewing your reservation details, it appears the fully refundable 200 deposit that we typically require in order to take cash payments, was waived for you. We have pictures online of our rooms with the queen size beds, as well as our smaller, cheaper economy rooms with full size beds, which is the room type you booked. Neither 2nd nor 3rd shift staff was made aware of your dissatisfaction with the room and hot water. We have someone working the front desk 24/7 ready to help with any guest questions or concerns. Typically, when a guest experiences an issue with their room, we will either move them free of charge, or contact the maintenance and housekeeping teams for a resolution. We appreciate your business, and once again we do apologize for your poor experience with us.

Place is pretty rundown. ‘Breakfast’ was a cup of Luke warm coffee, no milk around, and donuts in individual packages. Bed was smelly. Never stay there again.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as you were expecting it to be . Did you bring any of the issues you had to the front desk? Such as the bed having an unpleasant smell. We would have change rooms for you if you had. You see it is our goal to give our guest the best possible experience here at Vacationland Inn, however if we are not made aware of an issue we are unable to help you our guests. We do have both creamer and milk for coffee in the breakfast room. We also have cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit cups, string cheese, waffles, coffee, tea and juice as well. Not to mention the english muffins, bagels and regular muffins all available in the breakfast room for no extra fee.Again we do regret that your stay was not enjoyable .

The room and bed were okay but the sink wouldn’t drain, the shower was tepid at best, and the blankets could be thicker considering the A/C was too cold and very loud. The breakfast was good.

First, for the cost of the room it was clean, spacious, quiet (though there wasnt many guests) beds were ok. Great location, mostly friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. The room itself could use a few repairs, not much water pressure for showering but sufficient to do a quick wash. Overall, we would stay here again.
