Staff are always very friendly, food is decent .would be nice if facilities were a bit more up to date, but they are clean and spacious.

Property was lovely. Nice and clean. Shower was good and Wi-Fi good.
There were dining facilities on site and the food was really good.
All staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is great and is located within walking distance of the general store and the the Brewery.
The room was perfect for this type of trip

First, the negatives. The property is old and the motel style rooms definitely need an update. The furniture, counter tops and bathroom tiles all appear to be from the 1950’s and are showing their age in many, many ways. The bathroom sink and shower were in poor condition. Some small crawlies appear to be living in the drainage system as we found them in the shower and on the tiled area each morning.
The positives. The bed was comfortable and (thankfully) the newest item in the room. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and not too badly priced considering the limited competition in the local area. Very convenient for the whale watching - which was excellent.
With such limited accommodation available, people will stay here because of the whales but it really could do with some attention.

Comfortable double bed with single i the room. Tv with Foxtel Sports, News and Movie channel. Quiet even though it was a stone's throw to the bar and dining room. Good menu including pizza and burgers which were delivered hot to the room. Best of all, they opened at 7am i time for coffee before the short drive to the boat to go and see Orcas from Naturaliste Charers. All staff were very friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pub meals at their pub in a comfortable, convivial setting.

Room good. Fridge needs replacement. Freezer was frozen solid and nothing in doors to put bottles. Bed comfy.
