The hotel staff, especially in the bar, are very friendly and helpful.

Super hotel,good location,near to town just a short walk,bus and tram stops just outside hotel.huge park near by to relax or wander.will use again sometime.

The hotel is located in an excellent location near the park which is good for walk/run.
However, I wasn't asked or given the bath robe and slippers until I saw other guests were wearing one. The carpet in my room was old and stained and the drainage of the bathroom sink was not functioning.
Other than the above, staff are friendly and helpful and overall a pleasant stay.
