Horror

The cleaning staff and the work they do if very good. There is a free parking at the site. But the rooms a twice smaller then in the web site written. And at in the restaurant the staff is looking at you and talk to each other and smile at you. This is so ugly and awful. I hope I’ll never be there again.

Nice clean friendly cheap hotel.

A basic 3 star hotel with no coffee or tea making facilities. The bed was comfy and a large room for our stay. The bathroom is dated and shower is very 70's. The food is good and no complaints for the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a large car park at the rear of the hotel but I would remove all valuables. The hotel seems very popular with business people and work lersons passing through. I would.recommed this hotel. There isn't much in the local area so ideal if you are on business there in the locality or passing though like we were doing.

Substandard

Receptionist didn't look me in the eye once during check in, I consider that very rude. He didn't listen either when I spelled my name, so he couldn't find my reservation. The room had seen it last renovation in the '80s or so it seemed. A 20-inch LCD TV with terrible (read: no) image contrast. Furniture showed serious wear, with the paint peeling of corners and edges. There was a thick long black hair on my pillow, yuck! The only positive thing: the restaurant served a more than decent burger with even better fries. And the waitresses there were truly very kind and helpful.

Ich hatte gerade noch eine Buchung eingegeben, sagte noch einen kurzen Moment noch und dann habe ich Sie begrüsst und nach Ihrem Namen gefragt. Sie haben in gebrochenem Deutsch Boumann gesagt ... und ich habe Baumann verstanden und gesucht, dann eingegebenu immer noch nicht gefunden! Das muß ich ja auf dem Bilkdschirm machen, wobei ich Sie ja auch nicht ansehen kann. Dann habe ich nochmals gefragt und Boumann gefunden. Sorry dafür!!! Die Standard-Zimmer sind schon was älter aber schon neu gestrichen, neuer Teppich drin usw. Also ein gewisses Alter aber sauber und OK!!! Man kann ja auch Business und Komfort buchen! Ich kann ja auch eine Curry bestellen und ein Rumpsteak erwarten. MfG Jens Thomsen
