Close to the sights and decent gym. However, room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, bad a/c and property lacked usual amenities (limited room service, not a great breakfast which is usually great in Germany, sauna didn’t work)

Despite having upgrade rooms available - The VIP Gold upgrade was not honoured and the staff simply lied to avoid having to upgrade me.

Good quality hotel in central Bremen
Posted 24 Aug 2023 on HotelsI only stayed one night and the room was a good size and clean. I found the bed to be a bit too hard and uncomfortable. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good. I was on the top floor so above noise was not an issue but I could hear a neighboring room's tv until quite late which did disturb my sleep somewhat.
I ordered room service which was prompt and good and the breakfast was also decent.
