Close to the sights and decent gym. However, room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, bad a/c and property lacked usual amenities (limited room service, not a great breakfast which is usually great in Germany, sauna didn’t work)

Despite having upgrade rooms available - The VIP Gold upgrade was not honoured and the staff simply lied to avoid having to upgrade me.

Good quality hotel in central Bremen

I only stayed one night and the room was a good size and clean. I found the bed to be a bit too hard and uncomfortable. Also the sound insulation in the building is not so good. I was on the top floor so above noise was not an issue but I could hear a neighboring room's tv until quite late which did disturb my sleep somewhat. I ordered room service which was prompt and good and the breakfast was also decent.
