We had trouble communicating….no spoke English. Not a queen been but rather two beds moved together. Staff was friendly.

Very convenient for Neuschwanstein Castle and Alpsee area if you happen to be travelling on the Austrian side. Nice staff and food. Very dog friendly and has a garden for walking the dog.

View and ambience really depends on the room you get. Room with view towards restuarant garden is excellent.

Very nice hotel, needed AC and the Spa was cold but is general a very nice place and staff.
