Positive is position of this home. But home is old with many crack in wall. We had a dead mouse in our room.

Unser Haus stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, darauf haben wir auch ausdrücklich aufmerksam gemacht. Wäre dies nicht der Fall, dann würden wir gleich viel kosten, wie andere Unterkünfte. Günstiger bedeutet immer ein Defizit an Leistungen. Maus haben wir keine gesehen.

The apartment is very old, very unclean, in the refrigerator, we found old food in the coffee machine was stil old brewed coffee. It was full of dust everywhere. This is only for logging to sanitary inspection .
We were very disappointed.

Your departure was warm and you have informed us that you were very satisfied. Your change of opinion is incomprehensible to us. Our apartments were built in 2013 and 2015, so they are not old. We also check the refrigerators and the coffee maker before and after the cleaning service. If something was overlooked, why didn't you call us? Our apartments are not dusty and the sanitary inspection does not control refrigerators in private apartments.

A hostel
Posted 12 Aug 2019 on HotelsThis was a no frills hostel. A budget place to stay. Due WiFi issues, I didnt get the email explaining how to find the place until later. It was a clean bed for a budget price in a expensive town. It was what we needed at the time. We were the only ones in the building for several hours.

Unser Ziel wird es weiterhin sein, günstig zu sein, wobei wir bereits mehrere Nächtigungskategorien anbieten, die auch sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkünfte bieten und deshalb teurer sind. Trotzdem beträgt der Zimmerpreis bei uns in der Hauptsaison lediglich 10 bis 30 % der Kosten der Hotelerie.

Everything was great. Stephen greeted us. He was very helpful. Hostel clean but basic. Only downside, other guests took our drinks from the shared fridge. Very annoying.

Disgusting place
Posted 29 May 2019 on HotelsBooked this at the last minute when walking with a friend in Germany and Austria. 60 euros for one night. Broken window in the room, half a toilet roll in the shared bathroom, dirty toilet, dilapidated building, 'towel' measuring about 25 x 75 cm, didn't take credit cards, only cash, no receipt. Why Hotels.com allow this hovel on their site I'll never know.

Wir widersprechen Ihrer Behauptung unser Haus sei baufällig. Wir haben 2013 und 2015 großzügig saniert und verfügen auch über sehr schöne, teurere Zimmer. Trotzdem bleibt die Architektur unsers Hauses bescheiden, was der Errichtung im 19. Jahrhundert geschuldet ist. Da Sie uns 1 1/2 Stunden warten liessen, mussten Sie wegen Ihrer verspäteten Anreise bar zahlen, da die Kassa bereits geschlossen war. Sie haben ein "Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftstoilette" gebucht und mussten deshalb Bad und Toilette mit anderen teilen. Sollte einer der Mitbewohner 3 1/2 von 4 Klorollen verbraucht haben, so verblieb Ihnen als spätester Gast nur mehr eine halbe Rolle, worauf wir bedauerlicher Weise keinen Einfluss haben. Wir empfehlen Ihnen zukünftig nur mehr ein Hotel mit Nachtportier und ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad zu buchen.

Last choice but satisfactory
Posted 1 Oct 2018 on HotelsIt is an expensive hostel. The Owner/Manager was very helpful, the original room was small with the ‘private facilities’ behind a curtain. The owner plugs did not work and the wifi was intermittent. The place was full but after the weekend when the place emptied out we were given a large room with seperate bathroom and kitchen. This was a very nice room and we felt a lot better. The place was very central with everything well within walking distance including the town and ferries around Lake Konstance. Once we got into the larger room we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bregenz.

not an easy find, if a local walking down the street was not there at the time of arrival? be still looking for the place and
over priced for what's Not available
facility lacking most hotel amenities, ...no towels for example

Our house is located near the festival area on the Mehrerauerstraße and is very easy to find.
In the low-season we do not offer a reception service. During this time our guests have to take the keys themselves from a safe.

Great location visually not to appealing!
Posted 18 Aug 2018 on HotelsWe booked this last minute. We would be arriving within 2 hours. We called Stefan and he said he would meet us at 8pm. I initially was not impressed. It however was a very large room with bathroom, kitchen an extra bedroom, couch, table etc but it was just visually missmashed. He did have some snacks and drinks for us which was nice. We used this location as a gateway to Germany. So of the 3 nights we spent there we only spend 1 day in Bregenz. We did not realize we were that close to the lake and downtown boardwalk so we were able to enjoy a day on the lake. If you are concerned about things visually being put together this band is not your place. The kitchen was cramped they could have put a small table in there for putting the microwave on. Kitchen could if used a good cleaning. We enjoyed Stefan the most he was helpful and fun to talk with. I feel the price was way overpriced. By the end of our stay I was okay with the stay.
