The view from the rooms is magnificent. It was clean and well kept, good heating, and cleaning service was easy to schedule for the room. The restaurant on site offered the same expansive views which was great. They offered shuttle service to downtown and one could schedule pickups, which was a nice option to have even though I didn’t use it . The breakfast did not match up with the quality and service offered otherwise and left a lot to be desired. Having a shower/changing room for the hot tub can take things to the next level.

Absolutely stunning views. Lovely spacious room with everything you could need. Loved the spacious counter/table spaces that most places do not have. Beautiful deck area with views of the mountains. Excellent dining area that provides a very good breakfast. Free shuttle service was so helpful. Loved The Lodge.

Much better than what we were expecting, we were happy to see they are part of a group with places closer to home we can stay at.

Views were unmatched. Quiet. Grant at the front desk was amazing. Our wing of rooms didn’t heat well as they had not been used. The room temp was low at 64 and wasn’t warming, so Grant changed us to a room with a small fireplace and all was good. Food menu was fine. Breakfast was perfect.

this is my second time to stay here ,,.. I come for the view.. you can't beat it. AND they are very dog friendly! the staff is always so nice and accommodating! the view is incredible! I always order chocolate covered strawberries for my room and they are ready when I get there waiting for me :)

Apparently we stayed the last day they were open before “power out” while they complete construction projects. We were not made aware of this prior to arriving and it was obvious they had mostly shut down and didn’t care. There were hardly any other guests and yet we were not placed in a Mountain View room, we instead got a view of the parking lot with construction trucks outside running Diesel fuel that smelled into our room. The restaurant on site again had only two staff members. I feel that we paid for a nice stay and instead got a half rate experience. The WiFi also did not connect. We asked one question of the front desk who didn’t seem interested in helping us find the answer. He was on the phone all while I was trying to check out and was rude. This place texts you incessantly and this ruins the experience of disconnecting and getting away.
