This establishment is a microcosm of the macrocosm that is the western world currently. I imagine at one time it was a very nice place ran by people who belonged and had a connection to the community they served. During check in, I was asked to preauthorize a damage deposit. He inserted my card in the machine and was immediately asked for my pin code to process the payment. The owner requested that I tell him my pin which I refused and told him to cancel and tap instead of inserting my card. The sheets were covered in stains, the room was filthy, and the plumbing didn't work properly. When we contacted the front desk to complain, we were told that you just had to 'jiggle the knob' until the shower produced hot water and that later in the day, they would change the sheets (They did not. Instead, the flipped them upside down like we wouldn't notice). In the week that we were there, maid service was provided one single time. I am 40 years old and this is literally the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life. I will never stay here again!

In fact, all the reviews because it allows us to be more accurate if it's negative and boosts our morale if it's positive. No one is 100% but, we are being from the service/hospitality industry try to give the net or precise outcome of it. At times we have to prove and correct some facts. To begin with your concerns, you raised we have to place point by point the facts of it. To pre-authorize the amount is a mandatory process and this is the practice across the Industry Globally. Why should you have any objection or issue? We are here with a sense of accountability & responsibilities. The FD (Front Desk) is wrong if he had asked you for the Pin, we will definitely not repeat such mistake and from the bottom of our heart we are sorry for it and see to it we educate the concern at the Lobby. If the rooms were so filthy and the bed sheets were covered with stains you should have brought these things to our notice then-and-there itself rather than wait to complete the stay and later demonstrate your analysis. Whenever you requested for service, we gave it. If you noticed a stain on the bed sheet we would have corrected it at that point only. On multiple occasions we gave you the service. The first service was done the very next day of your check-in. We washed the Bed Spread because it was spoiled by stains of some liquid and foot marks on it (Those stains were not ours; it was there after you checked in). Yes, you did complain about hot water, but it was told to you run the water 2-3 minutes and you will start getting the hot water. Assuming your issue related to water was resolved that day and rest of the days. Here you did not fail to mention about the so-called ordeal you faced during the check-in process which hardly took 3-4 minutes, at the most 5 minutes and you stayed for the whole 6 nights with a much bigger issue. isn't it a hypocrisy? It's very easy to berate anyone and that too after everything is done as per your desire.Thanks for your review, which makes us more prepared, informed and learn from such experience. Though you have mentioned you will never visit but still we expect you do come again with your family & loved ones and experience the better hospitality.

The worst inn ever had! Very dirty!!! I chose this inn because I saw the picture which was replaced with new modern floor, and it looks clean. But the truth is NOT! Desks are dirty with food and coffee stains. Every single pillow case, face towels, bath towels are dirty with lots of stains. The worst thing is even the bath tissue is dirty, it’s got wet and got dried out, plus it’s dirty on the side, and it didn’t get changed a new one. Super tirty!!! We couldn’t even take a show and couldn’t sleep well. At 6:30AM, suddenly the bedroom alarm went off. Crazy! Super bad experience with this inn! And it cost almost $110/night in a total! Unbelievable!!!

The owner was, by far, the most pleasant and professional business owner I have dealt with. When I walked onto the premises, he immediately gave a genuine smile(you can tell when someone fakes a smile) and processed me through to my room. He explained everything clearly, he left no hidden details. The room was perfect for 2 days. Love it
