Nice modern hotel
Posted 19 Sep 2023 on HotelsVery comfortable stay. Walked about 2km to a great restaurant. Right next to McDonalds for easy breakfast and coffee.

Very good room. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Pleasant, helpful, friendly staff.
Room had upstairs and the upstairs beds weren't made up but downstairs were not.

Great hotel, very close to freeway, super clean and easy to use even after hours without any staff - electronic check in, super simple.
We stayed in the family room which had 4 beds total, 2 of them on a loft within the room, pretty cool. :)

Needs improvement.
Posted 2 Aug 2022 on HotelsComfy affordable room... but felt like a deep clean was needed. Lots of dust and fluff on the stairs up to the kids sleep area. Very very slow check in. No queue, just really slow... no explanation why... also the drain on the shower was blocked... this then caused a huge leak in the bathroom. Have used this chain a number of occasions. This one let the team down.
