Great hotel for visiting castle

This is my second stay (4yrs ago too) and I love this hotel. The service is impeccable and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The renovations are beautiful and the option to serve yourself and mingle in dining area is very nice. Thank you for being pet friendly…I traveled to Braunfels twice now to pick up new puppies and I always feel so welcome with my pups. The park is really convenient right behind the hotel and I never used my rental car during my stay. Thank you again for a great experience!

Excellent location. Close to shops restaurants and the castle. Room was very comfortable with 2 pillows.
Safe was helpful as well

Friendly staff. Good sized room. A bit old school decor, but everything worked. Reasonable amount of parking spaces. Reception isn't open much past 8pm, but there is an efficient arrangement to obtain room keys later on. Would definitely consider staying again.

Ruhig und sauber. Frühstück für 18,- € find ich übertrieben.
