Staff were very helpful and the room was good and clean. Close to the city centre (walkable) and international bus station.
The room did feel a little hot but the window opens up so no trouble.

A very weird location, and perhaps not the most attractive of areas. Very easy walk into the old town area and its attractions. Can recommend the Chinese restaurant in the building in front (You may even get a chuckle from some of the translations into English. I didn't try the "chicken with odd taste" but the picture did look ok). The room itself was noisy. You can hear everything in the corridor and people in the next room were clearly audible. If you need a taxi, get the reception people to book it. The company they use charge the best rates.

The facilities were great, cleanliness perfect, reception and restaurant staff weren’t as good. Reception staff is expected a smile and explain necessary information about hotel when check in, but we didn’t receive any and when asked , were responded unwillingly. Restaurant staff kept taking away plates when we were eating and as soon as they were empty from the table as if they wanted us to leave quickly.

The location of car park is tough to find. Even taxi apps cannot locate it properly so if you have luggage or baby stroller, ensure you find the exact spot on Google maps.
Limited vegetarian options for breakfast was seen. Perhaps the hotel can improvise on this option.
Staff is very helpful.

Excellent Experience with hotel Saffron
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsExcellent customer service, the from desk staff were really helpful and smiling at all the times, the rooms are very spacious and clean with comfortable beds, I just had am issue with the provided pillows as the were not so comfy.
This hotel is based in a very convenient area so most of the of the sites of interest can be reached by foot.
