The room was very cold and the wifi not easily accesible.

We apology for your inconvenience.
The temperature is possible to adjust on each radiator in the room or bathroom.
The wifi has a simple password to access and you called us to find out this password. We did not have any other guests complaining about wifi.
We also sent you an unpaid city tax fee invoice never receive any responce from you.

Top notch service
Posted 21 Apr 2019 on HotelsWe were passing through for one night on a road trip. It was a little ways from downtown - we had to drive to go into town, and the building itself and its Art Deco decor is humble, but the staff is magnificent. They clearly take a ton of pride in their work. They offer five star service at an otherwise 2-3 star hotel. The gym attached to the hotel is beautiful and a great place to get in some activity while traveling. They even offer private tennis lessons. It’s a wonderful budget option.

Ste was a very nice hotel
Posted 3 Nov 2018 on HotelsBooked into Set as it was a 5 minute walk to the hockey arena. It exceeded our expectations - reception was very clean, room a good size and clean, bathroom was large, clean, and had had a good size shower in it.
Breakfast (included) had a good selection of food and drink available

Last minute bonus!
Posted 31 Oct 2018 on HotelsDue to an error in our car hire, we found ourselves at 11:30pm in Bratislava airport with no means of getting to our destination. We found this hotel, and booked a junior suite.
We definitely struck lucky. The room was large with a huge balcony, the beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean , and the bathroom was avery well appointed. Would definitely stay again
