A great hotel very convenient located to all shops and dining needs. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside of it was the bathroom: toilet did leak water all night, making a big noise and not being able to fill up the tank. Therefore we had to fill up a plastic bag with water and flush the toilet. The rest was ok

I picked this hotel because it’s the only one in Poiana Brasov that allowes pets. One night stay during the ski season. Hotel was okay although they stoped the heat during the night and it was a bit chili. Other than that no issues.

Great place!
Posted 9 Aug 2020 on HotelsWe had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. Congrats for your welcoming services!

välkomnande och kunnig personal i receptionen !
Synd att restaurangen inte hade uteservering...men som det var stor utbud runt omkring det var inte ett stort problem..
