Poor service in restaurant - Lazy waitress

Service in their restaurant was very low and dissappointing. Waitress just plays on her phone even though she has customers waiting for 20 minutes..Room was acceptable.

Excellent location and best place to visit Brasilia. Room had a great view. Reception staff - Kevin Silveira and Eduardo Viana were very helpful and polite as were all of the hotel and restaurant staff. Thanks 👍

We had a great stay at the Ramada. It's in a very good location, close to the TV Tower, the American Embassy, within easy walking distance of restaurants and the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ramada!

My husband and I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham in Brasilia and we both enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice and new! The breakfast was missing an expresso and cappuccino machine, they should invest in one! Other than that our stay was great!
