There was a guy from El Salvador in the night shift at the reception very friendly and helpful. He is a keeper The restaurant staff was a little hard to understand because they only spoke Portuguese, not even English and usually they didn't have change for bigger bills when purchasing a meal. But it was a nice stay and I would come back.

Uncomfortable bed and bathroom in not so great condition

The location is the center of it all. I like the free parking. Breakfast is good. One negative thing I see is the ironing machine was so old, very little and rusty. I hate to wear wrinkled clothe so, that was major for me.

A room that offers a full size fridge and a microwave should, in my opinion, be equipped with not only 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 plates and 2 glasses. It should offer cups for tea, a couple of containers where we could put some fruit, soap and a sponge to wash the utensils. Very rarely was there stable tv signal. Could never watch any program in its entirety because all of a sudden we would lose the signal

Took a long time to check in - only one person was available during check-in hours. Cards kept not working and we would have to ask to reprogram them repeatedly.
