Our 4-day stay at the Grand Victorian was fantastic. So glad I chose this hotel. The location is ideal, the service was great, the employees were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was best ever with actual china and real silverware and cloth napkins. Amenities are great. Each afternoon there's cookies and tea (2p-4p) which is an added touch.
Have stayed in other hotels in Branson but will definitely stay here for future vacations. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly. The beds are comfortable. I really enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The location is perfect.

Staff was not friendly and welcoming from arrival to check out..any questions or just about any inaction at all seem to be a complete bother! I stayed at this property several years ago and really enjoyed it especially due to it's convenient location to everything..This was my husbands and my 19 year anniversary and we work alot and don't have much time to get away so we wanted a quick trip for a night! We stayed in a king jacuzzi room which was $200 for one night the room was clean for the most part there were some hair clips in the floor...but other than that it was decently clean...the room on the other hand is falling apart the wall paper boarder is peeling off the walls all the way around the top....looks like they have tried to touch up paint but the colors don't match and you can see every spot..the tv volume is so low you can hardly hear it even when it is turned all the way up and I have impeccable hearing so it's just a crap tv....the balcony door you can see light through it all the around the bottom it has no seal and rain can come right into the room along with bugs...over all due to the highly rude staff and deteriorating room I can say we will not be returning.For one night we can stay somewhere else for far cheaper and the same service if we chose!
