Front desk help was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room supervisor was friendly and made sure everything was fresh. Very convenient to attractions and shopping.

I really liked that property because I paid for a king suite but it didn't come up like that ....but when I explained to the woman upfront she swiftly changed it to the king suite

The room was absolutely disgusting. 2 of the plug-ins didnt work. The room smelled like Dogs and the "Heated Pool" felt like we did the Polar Plunge. It was straight Ice Water. Thankfully, the nice man who was working the desk allowed us to cancel our 3 night stay. We were there for a grand total of an hour... quality Inn used to be our go to place but they have really went down hill. In my opinion id not only avoid this place but run as fast as you can from it....

There was a fingernail on the floor, so makes me wonder if they vacuum the carpet. The indoor pool was closed.

The lights around the building did not come on until late that night which made it unsafe for going upstairs with luggage in the dark. The pictures if tge room on line were light and bright but in reality it was dark brown, very dated 1970s colors. Not what was expected. Although it was clean no dust or anything. Paid more later looked at tge price and was about 75 dollars cheaper than what we paid.
