We always stay here when we come to Branson but this time the whole lobby was full of 3 pm check ins and our room still wasnt ready by 3:30. My husband wasnt feeling well and we had been trying to check in since 1. Also there wasa tall bald man who may have been the manager who was very snippy to the desk attendant right in front of us. Just not a good feel this time. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Your arrival day--Sunday--can be a very a very demanding day of the week due to weekend travelers, Melissa. Hence, the volume of guests in the lobby waiting to check in. With sold out rooms and our reputation for our high standards of cleanliness, we cannot ever guarantee check-ins before 3pm, and that is why we could not accommodate a 1pm check-in for you. We do see that we were able to check you in at 3:28pm, and we do apologize for the short delay. Also, please know there is limited inventory for the specific room type you had booked, and our staff did the best they could to accommodate your check-in quickly as possible. We hope you will understand and accept our apology.

Very nice property for under $100 a night. The included breakfast was excellent and the entire staff could not have been nicer. Expedia had this hotel rated as "wonderful", and they were right.

The lodge was amazing! It was literally by everything and we barely put a dent in gas. The beds were so comfy and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
