Wasn't at all what we expected was told they had free amenities due to the water park, theater, and on site restaurant being closed. I was also told on the phone and at the property due to the above they would waive the 20$ daily resort fee. BUT when we went to the activity center thanking all the activity we're free because thats what was said OVER THE PHONE AND AT THE DESK! at the end she charged me and put it on the room. so to our surprise when we checked out we noticed the resort fees had been charged and also a 60$ charge for activities.... if they say its free its probably to good to be true. Also just a heads up we got a few sodas at the hotel market and had to also charge those to the room. Because the man at the desk refused cash.... probably a nice place to stay when ALL is up and running. Just wish they was honest and upfront about ALL THE CHARGES. That way we're not going in blind probably would have skipped the activity center if ik i was going to be charged.

I did not get the property I booked. The booking clearly had a fireplace in the room and when we opened the door we were very disappointed. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation and would not move us. Phones in unit did not work.

Great spot close to everything but not too close. Property under renovation when we checked in so some amenities not available. Stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Would recommend.

The view out our windows was very nice. Loved the layout of the rooms and how spacious it was. The villa we stayed in was secluded and in a nice location. The only minus was the rather long walk to the pool house. Part of the walk had no sidewalk, so we had to walk in the road or across grass with a 4 year old. It was far enough away we chose not to go to it one day when it was rainy and the walk would be miserable.
