I had an emergency and Expedia would not cancel and refund my money. So we didn’t get go on the trip and we lost $130 on a room because Expedia wouldn’t refund it.

Great room with balcony. Hot breakfast with lots of options, cookies in the afternoon, indoor pool & hot tub, fridge & microwave in room, central location /close to everything and very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Easy and laid back comfort. Breakfast, tea and coffee stations was very well maintained. Loved it!!!

Highly recommend this centrally-located hotel in the middle of the Branson strip. We were within 5-10 minutes of the shows we were attending. Lots of close dining options too. We found the hotel to be clean, safe, and welcoming. Afternoon tea/coffee and cookies, morning included full-buffet (hot and cold items - very generous selection that changed slightly from day-to-day). There is an indoor pool (as well as outdoor), but we were too busy to take advantage. We did check it out and it looks clean and nearly always had someone using it. We would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the view from our balcony looking off to Sight & Sound Theater in the distance.

Liked the location right off the strip. Staff was friendly. Did not like the pillows, and, we stayed multiple nights, the hotel policy does not allow housekeeping to service the room without setting appointment in advance and you have to not be in the room when being serviced. We were able to request fresh towels and supplies using a card, however, not one time was the requested towels and supplies filled accurately. Otherwise everything was above average.
