Access issues
Posted 27 May 2023 on HotelsOnly problem with the hotel is we couldn't gain access when we arrived there around midday - my wife stayed at the front door while I tried an entrance around the back which was also locked - we finally managed to attract someone's attention so that they could open the door for us. Other than that glitch we were happy with the hotel and staff.

Great location. Walked everywhere. And took a bus to Marianbad. A challenge to get back. I'd ask the drivers, do you go to "Molkenbarkt"? I'd get a puzzled look. Eventually found out I should have said "Neustädtlicher Markt."

The parking situation was great. The car was right outside the door and most of all safe. The room was small but clean and had what we needed.

It was my 4th time in the hotel... First that all reception staff are way above friendly as any can expect, exelent location and amazing installations.... I will book the same hotel many times in the next future... For sure

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Parkplatzmöglichkeit. Am Frühstücksbuffet alles vorhanden. Unkompliziertes Einchecken.
