Charming hotel, small, with a family run feel about it. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Only slight issue was that my room fridge did not appear to be working.

Amazing location, right on pedestrian street and close to all the monuments, many shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the bus stop to see Bom Jesus (20min bus ride). Nice breakfast included.

The room is dark and outdated even though the building is renovated. The first room we got the electrical circuit was out of order so we couldn't charge our cellphone, we had to change to another room. There're only 4 pay parking spaces provided by the hotel, once full, you need to drive to the nearby parking lot so it's very inconvenient.

Posted 9 Oct 2022 on HotelsWe enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Our room was fine, decor slightly tired, but it was comfortable, clean and cosy with a bath which I like. Breakfast was lovely in a big bright dining area. The hotel was in a great location. Staff friendly and welcoming. It was also very good value.

The Staff at Check-in were extremely helpful, specially as the approaching street was difficult. They found us a parking space and helped with ALL our baggage.
The Continental Breakfast was excellent.
Check-Out was fast too.
