Ive stayed here before and enjoyed it (I will say that) The bar and casino are super convenient. Staying here this last time was rough. It was 30 degrees outside and when we got to the room we realized that our heat wasn’t working. They did send someone to fix it while we were gone but it still didn’t work. By the time we returned from our Birthday dinner it was very late and we were exhausted. We just put on a bunch of clothes and dealt with it. It definitely wasn’t pleasant… we were freezing.

Best front desk staff on the planet! I have never before been treated to such a warm, welcoming and helpful group of folks. They are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Good stay. There is a grill/bar in the lobby which is very convenient. The pool is clean and nice as are the rooms.

When I approached the front desk they informed me that the room I booked on Expedia was in fact not the correct room and there was nothing they could do for me and to contact Expedia. Then finished with that’s why you don’t book on third party sites

Unfortunately having been at 100% capacity, we simply did not have any other room types available. I apologize if this was verbalized to you incorrectly by the staff. Disappointing Pre-Valentines day Trip

The price for the room wasn’t as nice as what the price tag reflects. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites and it was a glorified bathtub. The food in the restaurant was not good which also came with a price tag. We just expected a better experience than what we had as we have previously stayed with other BW hotels. Also, they did not honor the stay 2 nights get 1 free. The night audit gentleman said he would have management honor it, come to find out our free night was not free nor was it honored so we were frantically trying to get back to Bozeman from the next town when the day time ladies had expressed their apologies and asked us to return to gather our items as the room was supposedly booked.
