Location was fantastic, near the main street and close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation was good too, small cabin-like rooms (separate to the pub) were cute and all we needed for this short stay. The bathroom was modern and the room had a cupboard for our suits which I appreciated. Areas of improvement; We had to wait about 10 minutes for staff at the pub upon checkin, felt like no one was there. The top bed sheet was stained when we entered our room and was a bit of a turn off and made us question the cleanliness of the room. The parking outside the accommodation was unclear. Main issue, however, was the moving bed. The bed was on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall which was very annoying. All said and done, i would probably stay here again.

Horrible from start to finish. When we arrived they could not find our original room key so put us in a big room on top of hotel.
Very big room but dirty. Someone used the toilet before we came in and did not flush it. Coffee stains at the coffee station that was not cleaned - clearly someone checked out and they did not clean before new guest arrived. Extra bedding is stored in a cupboard full of dust.
10pm the music was so loud in our room that it felt like people were partying inside our room. Upon investigating we realised there is no wall closing off the rooms from the hotel but just a sheet. Walked down to ask for another room and its a bunch of kids operating everything. We managed to move rooms and stayed at the side away from the motel but the floor was dirty and full of dust and the sheets had stains on it.

Posted 7 Feb 2024 on HotelsGreat overnight stay close to everything. Lighting within the room could be better and the bed needs some brakes as it moves on the floorboards. Would I stay there again, yes. Price good, location excellent, parking at door, no noise and easy to check in and out of.

Posted 6 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel rooms have been furnished and renovated to a high standard however the aircon in the two Queen sized rooms was not working and we moved into the stylish & comfortable king rooms in the main building . Unfortunately the staff on the bar check-in lacked any form of civility or customer care skills and we witnessed a couple and a single male leave to premises after being ignored and left waiting by the female member of staff; After she started to serve at the bar she'd walked away from us and other customers without any explanation on two occasions. A couple told her she was rude, cancelled their order and walked out. The rooms are good the staff terrible.

Beautifully renovated garden view rooms, lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!
