Needed to replace noisy refrigerator. Needs to be replaced compressor is very bad. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

Nice hotel. Stayed here overnight driving through from 1am-9am. Very nice check in person. Breakfast was good.

Our room had a very funky smell too it. It was really hot when we first got to room thought that may be making the smell worse but even after room cooled off it still smelled bad and I feel like it made our clothes and luggage have that smell too.

The good is the complimentary breakfast. The bad.. we arrived I had missed the part when booking that the pool was outside I checked in and the gentleman working had really blah customer service like he was annoyed I was there, I asked what time is the pool open until and he looked at me, got an attitude and said what pool? I said it says online you have a pool and he said it’s outside and no where on our website does it say indoor pool.. he could have just said oh I’m sorry but our pool is outside but instead was a condescending jerk about it, we walked out to get our stuff and after that ( at no part were we rude or argumentative) I had to convince my husband to not cancel and go somewhere else. Go upstairs and get in our room and the bathroom ceiling is flaking off every where, there’s a hole in the wall by the floor and absolutely zero water pressure to even get the shampoo out of your hair. We stayed in a BW in Florida and then here and both were disappointing and I think we will bring our business else where for now on.

The only drawback to this property was traffic noise.
