I was staying at the Village because my dad was in the Royal Bournemouth hospital across the road.
Last year I stayed in a village hotel in Farnborough and vowed never to stay in a “Village” hotel again, the experience was awful. Imagine my disappointment when I turned up in Bournemouth to find I’d booked a hotel in the same group. HOWEVER…..
This hotel could not have been more different. The cleanliness, the helpful staff, facilities and the rooms were fab. And I was very happy with the price.
The staff should get a special mention because they bent over backwards, nothing was too much trouble. I managed to pour scolding hot tea over my ribs. I went down to reception where the young woman on the desk went into Florence Nightingale mode and helped me out with a pretty nasty burn.
10/10 for me. Thank you Village Hotel Bournemouth.

Poor hotel got kved to 2 different rooms because of the poor cleanliness off thr rooms. Dirty underwear in the bed on 1st room, blinds broken in 2nd room, and 3rd room was just filthy

Rooms at the front are very noisy when people leaving the pub. Also music from the gym almost shakes the rooms from around 7 each morning so no hope of sleeping any later. Room service app wasn’t working properly when we were there
