The hotel was lovely great rooms and ideal location was really impressed with the value for money. However the member of staff at reception was extremely rude and really let down our stay.

We loved the hotel and its closeness to the BIC, city centre and beach, plus easy car parking which was another £12 but worth it seeing where it is.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, we had no problem changing our room as the first room was very clean but unfortunately had a very stale odour, the furniture was very tired and we also had very noisy people above us. There was absolutely no hesitation in moving us to a lovely suite on the 3rd floor which was unexpected, but once again needs maintenance and tweaking done on it to make it a fantastic suite again, the TV was unwatchable but we were out most of the time and the shower wasn’t very powerful. The breakfast was also very good and great value. We understand that the hotel has new owners and all we can say is the Hotel can be grand once again with its many rooms, we really hope they succeed. We would definitely return. Good Luck and carry on with the renovations.

excellent very spacious room very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager or owner who was always at reception. Three night stay close to the beach and shops, I did everything on foot. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay next time in the city

It's situated in a convenient place near town, walkable, the staff are very friendly and nice, the pool was great
