I was very impressed by all the staff in the hotel. Without being asked they helped with bags and opening doors etc. The food in the hotel was very good and not too expensive, even the wine was a reasonable price.
Only down side was public transport. Buses very irregular and sometimes non existent.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendliness & service of the staff, comfort of the room. Difficulty of the taps and shower in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay, the room I was allocated was tired and needed redecoration, but I stay 2 nights only and did not spend much time in my room. Hotel in a good location to walk to and from train station, access to the beach and the bus stop was a pick up for the 24-hour hop-on/hop-off bus (but only a pick up point for first 2 morning collections and not a drop-off point.

Staff were lovely.
Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsReceptionist was really good! 5star! Also bar staff. We actually ate at the hotel next door, which was nicer and food was good. I had to park at the hotel next door, but this was made easy by the very helpful staff.
Unfortunately we arrived to two guests smoking splifs at the main entrance and you could smell it in our corridor.
Room was very clean and bathroom was nice. We didnt have the room with a view as shown on the booking, which was disappointing. Hotel could do with some tlc. Overall as a one night stay, we would come back but maybe to the hotel next door.
