Parking should be included for all guests. My room was shabby with minimal furnishings which were tatty and no chair to sit on.

Ideal location and easy access to the town centre.
The staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities such as room utilities were very good but furniture appeared to be not up to good quality. The floors were bumpy and could pose a hazard to clients.
The occasional party noise is a nuisance at night time and can affect sleeping.
My overall rating of this hotel is average. It’s reasonably priced and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights for our little break. For a budget hotel it was superb, the unique thing about this hotel was their celebrity theme rooms and the whole decor in and out of the hotel was pretty unique. It is very much walkable from the Beach, Town centre and other attractions. If we are back in the city will definitely stay there again.

Nothing to like except the veiw. I'm afraid our stay was not a very good one when we arrived there was no one to great us check in was at 3 we got there around 4 only 1 of our 4 rooms was ready it wasn't until 6pm we got into the rest of the rooms wich total put our stay in disarray.the first double was dirty with poo in the toilet and the toilet seat was dirty it hadn't been cleaned the twin room had used soad and wipes in the shower and no towels and smelt of urine the 2nd double room had a dirty toilet brocken toilet seat no toilet paper no towels the single room wasn't available so aventuly was given a second twin room the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and no towels.so am sorry to say our trip was ruined we were down for a funeral so this just made it so much harder if im honest I think a pashel refund should be given.😞😞
