Great venue for an overnight stop. Self checkin at 11pm was very handy. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was just what we needed. Staff friendly. Would stay again.

Ok for a night.....

Had to wake up the night porter - the 24 hour check in is a computer - there is no front desk. As the had printed off my room code when I arrived it was not on the system so took ages to get into the room. Parking was secure. Room was old and tired...have to hold the shower head as it was broken and not fixed - not really acceptable. Bed was good that’s about it.

Your remark about the old and tired room, we do not understand. The hotel was completely renovated two years ago. The soap dispenser was empty and the reception closed after 21. Air conditioning in old state, smoke of cigarettes in the room. Not so satisfied as i thoughtni would be

Médiocrité des hôteliers BandB sur Valence

Accueil médiocre de l’hôtesse qui s’est permise de me traiter de menteur alors que lui disais que j’essayais d’ouvrir la porte de ma chambre dont le fonctionnement était déficient. J’avais opté pour B ans B Valence Nord suite à un très mauvais accueil de Band B Valence Sud précédemment. Dois-je tracer une croix sur BandB Valence ? Nous n’avons jamais eu ce problème sur BandB Beaune où nous allons régulièrement ?

bonsoiralors jamais je vous ai dit que vous étiez menteur(je ne me permettrais jamais ce genre de réflexions meme si le client se permet de dire que j ai un accueil mediocre....), je vous ai expliqué comment ouvrir la porte de votre chambre avec le code (lumière rouge et verte qui dès fois peuvent jouer des tours)je suis venu l'ouvrir et je vous ai souhaité bonne journée tout en étant courtoisece qui a pu vous embetter c'est que j ai reussi a ouvrir la porte directe et j en suis désolébonne soirécordialementvanessa
