Needs work
Posted 3 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe room had a nice set up and had all the appliances and such for a longer stay, unfortunately, the hotel needs some TLC. The elevator didn't work, the breakfast was either very limited or non existent and it needs a good cleaning. The location is good and the rooms have potential. The hotel just needs to up it's cleaning and maintenance game.

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and are addressing your concerns. The brand standard for MainStay, is not to provide breakfast as all rooms have kitchenettes. Our policy is to provide a little something to start your day: We provide 2 hot items like eggs and sausage, muffins, choice of breads, cereals, juice and yogurt. The elevator has been down while we wait for parts and expect it will be back up and running in about a week.We appreciate your business and hope to see you again!

Although we only stayed over-night, our experience was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Even with the recent remodel, it wasn't the best job. The baseboard came off the floor and was just laying on the floor. The room needed a good dusting. There was dust on the tables and the lamps. The shower floor needed to be cleaned. You could see a lot of black on the shower floor. To top it off, the morning of the 2nd night the plumbing got shut off for several hours. We checked out and went elsewhere. The staff was generous enough to give us our 2nd night stays money back.

Great place for the money. I will definitely stay there again!! Beds are decent. Rooms are clean and staff was nice.
