Nice little hotel. Lots of work was going on when we was there and a strong smell of sewage in the area made it unpleasant in the room

The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket.
We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals.

We turned up and it was a building site with no footpaths or clear parking. Signage was appalling so we didn’t know where to go. It was not clear that this was the case when booking, and it was not appropriate for a young family, so we left for an earlier train home. We have requested a refund but have not received anything from Evancy yet.

Great location, with underground parking available, quite new building, friendly staff. Nice big apartments, great for families. BUT the mattress quality is poor - which makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

Clean and comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Over large round table and six chairs. A ceiling light hangs at head height in the middle the lounge. We tied it up. Nice balcony and view. Unable to open bedroom windows, so when it is warm the rooms are very hot. Would advise taking fan, as no aircon in apartment. Very limited clothes storage & hanging wardrobe is either side of the bedhead!!!!! Accommodation comfortable for 2 people.
