Buildings are under construction all around this block. It’s an active construction zone, with loud construction noise starting at 6:30 a.m. right under the window. Parking lot is not secured, but costs $25 to park. This is a brand new hotel in great condition, so if you don’t mind an unwalkable neighborhood a mile from town, and you’re not sleeping past 6:30 a.m. this might be a good value for you. I mentioned my concerns to staff and the response was dismissive and hostile.

Construction across the street & not notified upon booking. Also, front desk informed me that a list guest was more important than us. Go figure

Construction around the hotel and remodeling in the hotel so dodging a bit if debris.

The hotel was in a great location. It was clean, the breakfast had a great variety. There was construction right across the hotel and the security alarm would go off all day and and all night, that was the only downside.
