Our room was very nice and clean and the parking was easy, but the evening person at the desk was very rude. The bar was closing and we were looking to purchase something to eat in our room from the market next to the front desk. A few other guests were as well. We asked if we could purchase something. A man sat at the desk, looking at his computer, never looking up and just said over and over "No retail after 11. No retail after 11. No retail after 11." It was odd and rude. We aren't sure why food stuff would be out with lights on when we could not purchase it. Given there aren't really any shops open in the area in the evening, having the ability to purchase some snack seems like it would be a good idea.

It is near the MIT, it was important for us. We had a full kitchen, but there were not a kettle there. We had to prepare tea by strange coffee maker. )) otherwise kitchen was very well equiped. Too quiet place, subway station Kendall MIT is nearby. Room was large , comfortable, clean,with iron, hairdryer, but no safe box. It was strange. Breakfast was the same every day, only omelette with some sausage, yoghurt, bagel, coffee, porridge, fruit. We stayed here 5 years ago, and compared to that stay breakfast was very poor, but for several days stay it was ok. Stuff is friendly, cleaning is excellent. If you need a comfortable, clean hotel with kitchen near the MIT I definitely recommend this hotel.
