Did not have water running in the room for nearly 8 hours and no notice was provided or supply of water.

The morning breakfast woman was an amazing person. She was friendly, helpful and pleasant. Can't say enough about her.

Upon check-in we were informed of no water until 7am, but it did come on at 3am, so not so bad. Beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe have 2 queens with a queen pull out sofa so all can fit, not just the short and skinny. Breakfast was decent, but attendant was pushy. Overall it was good enough for one night.

5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being.
