The young man who greeted me at the door accommodated my demanding self when I showed up in an emotional meltdown and the need to get to a room. His service was magnificent when it was needed.

Newly remodeled. Very clean.
Limited wardrobe and drawer storage size. Worked well for 2 of us for a 2 night stay, but wouldn't have been enough space for any more than 2 people and a longer stay.

I loved this hotel we’ve stayed in different hotels in Boston but this has been my favorite! Will not look for other hotel next time.

Everything was great. The best was the gentleman that check us in. He is such a kind, accommodating, and helpful young man. He made the check in process and our stay extremely pleasant.

Great location for everything. So it’s very convenient.
But the rooms are tiny. Like claustrophobic tiny. And the staff spend way too much time talking to random friends (very loudly) forever! Just watched 4 random kids walk in and hangout with the front desk person for 30 minutes doing nothing but loudly talking about personal lives and disturbing all of us sitting nearby. This happened twice on sunday. And saw it earlier on Friday afternoon too. And these were not guests or fellow staff. Just random off the street friends. Can we keep the loud personal chit chat to a minimum and be more professional atmosphere?
