Great check in but when I asked for late check out they said no because I booked with 3rd party. That was very disappointing. I was only looking for an extra hour

Was close to the event venue, clean and had ample parking

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff at the bistro downstairs made mistakes with my order each time I ordered food there, they seemed to not be paying attention to the details of the orders. Both times there were ingredients listed on the item I ordered on the menu that were not included when I received it and I had to ask for them to be added. That was disappointing. Overall, the hotel experience was positive though. I did find it challenging to find the hotel when I was driving into the city, I didn't see a clear sign with the name on the front of the building anywhere.

Property is maintained well. To make it perfect, there’s no additional mirror outside the bathroom. Guest have to pay for outdoor parking in their property.

The first room was not the configuration we had paid for and had to change rooms. the second room had a VERY dirty stained and awful smelling mattress on the sofabed. We requested blankets, quilts, etc to cover it up since there were no other options. We had to go down twice to remind them. They did finally give them to us.
