The staff were very accommodating. The property was very clean. when we stopped to have a few drinks at the end of the evening a Glass House wine in an absolutely soda drink we $20 each that price is completely outrageous. Something you were expecting New York City.

My spouse and I stayed overnight here and liked the room/ambiance of the hotel, however, the room wasn't cleaned very well - the bathroom and carpet were dirty. And when we arrived, the front desk staff did a poor job of explaining the layout of the hotel, which was confusing!

Noah, the Front Desk Attendant, was especially welcoming and helpful. I told him I was taking my son to the Neil Young concert at the XFINITY CENTER in Mansfield. He kindly remarked that he saw Neil Young at the same venue, and pleasantly offered parking advice. He was terrific!
