The bed sheets were dirty full of hair. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was very poor.. it was not worth the money at all. It was the worst western , and not the best western.

Owners onsite. Very quiet area. Within a mile of the mall, Starbucks, restaurants.

IF you want a place to lay your head this place does the bare min of that. We were told that our room was cleaned ahead of our arrival and that it would not be cleaned (sheets changed or bed made, bathroom items restocked etc) again. Additionally we were instructed to bring the used towels downstairs to get new ones. When i did this they didn’t take them from me but led me to the laundry room where they told me to place them in the bin. Same thing with the trash we had to bring it down and told which trash can to put it in. My sister and I just bought towels since the ones they provided were stained and looked like they hadn’t been washed with bleach. The place still has the writing on the wall of the rm numbers from before the plaque was put up. Tap on the ceiling was obvious and patched areas on the wall was not covered over with wall paper. Would not stay again

Ms. Jean, I am truly sorry that you misunderstood our housekeeping request, we said that we do not provide housekeeping everyday but if you wanted housekeeping we would have provided you everyday. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Also, the room numbers on the wall bleed through the wall vinyl and we simply cannot do anything about it, and we will make sure it does not happen during our next renovation.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and clean and had a variety of choices.
