Tacina at the front desk was so kind. Rob the concierge was very professional and thoughtful. Paul the private livery driver was amazing (highly recommend asking for him during your stay). Jose the bellman was very cheerful. Avoid the breakfast and go to Tatte bakery instead. There is an unexpected and confusing billing practice for breakfast. Check out includes a somewhat hidden amenities daily fee which can be a surprise at checkout. Julien in guest relations is really nice. There is a spa and hotel is in great location to airport, financial district, and restsurants.

One thing I didn’t like is that there are no microwaves in the room. I’m sure this is to drive sales for room service and the on-site restaurant, but with so many restaurants nearby, it’s hard not to bring back leftovers.

We liked everything about our stay, the staff were more than accommodating,polite, well presented and very friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy only one issue there was no cloakroom deodoriser.

Had two of the staff come in to the room at separate times unexpectedly. A bit odd they let themselves in
