The shower was not sparkling clean and water was leaking out the shower door. The were cup stains on the table and dressers. Other than that it was a good place, enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly.

There seems to be some air pollution in the area like black staff coming from the mines chimney

The staff were friendly and helpful but the service sometimes took far too long given the amount of people ordering - had to wait nearly 45 mins for a latte, but it was very hot so maybe the staff had to move slowly! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard so top marks to housekeeping! The Spa was great.

It was excellent to be at hotel and everything was great from room ,food was excellent and we can visit again when we are in Rustenburg or North West
