It is a place where you can experience a complete Korean traditional house - old HanOk and the kindness of Korean.
There is a beautiful pavilion and pond nearby that are great for a walk, and it is also a filming location for a TV drama.

Lovely cultural heritage site.
Posted 16 Aug 2022 on HotelsCharming little home. Just be aware that the toilet is separate from the room. It is a private toilet and very modern but it’s about 20m door to door.

As a historical property, it's integrity has been immaculately kept. Some modern amenities have been installed for comfort and cleanliness

Amazing Traditional Korean Accommodation
Posted 18 Apr 2018This Hanok Accommodation was amazing. It's a traditional Korean housing with loads of modern amenities. E.g. floor heating, Japanese-style toilet etc. It's well situated to explore the Boseong region of Korea. For instance, the tea plantation was just a short car-ride away.
The hostess was amazing as well. She really made sure we had a good time. She gave us tips on what to do and where to go. Also helped finding a place to eat in the evening. The best: Even though no breakfast was included, she made us delicious Korean breakfast each morning. Everyday something different :)
While we had a car, the hostess picked up other guest from bus/train stops and drove them to restaurants in the next village.
We can definitively recommend a stay here.

방만 떨어져있는 한옥이라 벌레나 습기등 방상태 안좋을거 생각하고 갔는데 생각외로 금방 리모델링했나 싶을정도로 방 너무깨끗하구요. 테이블에 보성녹차 다도세트도 있어서 맛있게 먹었어요. 화장실/욕실이 떨어져있어서 비오는날 우산쓰고 가는게좀 번거로웠지만... 바디워시 샴푸 트리트먼트등 좋은제품들로 있어서 너무 잘썼어요.. 1박밖에 못한게 너무 아쉽습니다.
참고로 저녁7시쯤 갔는데 동네자체가 너무 어두웠어요. 저녁식사 미리하고 들어가시고 운전조심하세요
