Staff was best part of experience - they were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good too.

Amazing historical building

The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is clean and offers you comfort while away from home. Give it a try when in Maastricht!

Within walking distance of the train station, town center and other attractions, clean, courteous and helpful staff.

Nice old hotel in good location

Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly reception.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was top knocked!! Our room was noisy facing the river, even with the windowsclosed. If you book a room ask for a courtyard view. No lift and we were on the top floor. Alot of European hotel are like that. Ask for a lower floor as the steps are very steep.

We had room 521 with a wonderful riverview and elevator access. Afternoon complimentary refreshments in the dining room were much appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We highy recommend this hotel.

A FANTASTIC STAY IN MAASTRICHT
Posted 1 Aug 2022 on HotelsThis was the first time that we had visited this hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the Reception we were treated lime members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manger and his team of amazing staff. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a greet three night stay. The breakfasts were really substantial and set us up for the day. The Drink and Cake in the afternoon was a nice little touch. Overall it was a great experience. Congratulations to all concerned. I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel
