Decent hotel, close to Romme Alpin

We spent one night here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is in good condition, looks modern and newly renovated. There were crumbs in one of our beds, which is very disturbing - seems the sheets were maybe not changed or someone was eating while making the bed? Not very sanitary. The breakfast is nice and what you would expect at a chain hotel. The dinner buffet was not edible. Plan to eat at a nearby restaurant for dinner.

A trusted favourite in Borlänge

Rooms have been refurbished since my last stay. Rooms feel fresh, airy and clean. Breakfast is included offering a range of food for all people. Staff are very helpful and do their best in accommodating people during their stay especially under COVID. Pool on site, however at the moment there’s restrictions on how many can be in there at one time so guests need to book a time to use the pool. Ideally the same is done for breakfast so it’s not all rushed at one time. Ample parking both inside and outside. We always park indoors under the hotel at a cost of 100kr for 24hrs.

Good but crowded at check-in

Good hotel, unfortunately quite a lot of people when we checked in around 16:30, concerns about spread of virus. Breakfast was slotted, that should have been requested at booking. Now we had very early slot...
