Good location, no breakfast

The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping.

All OK but heater wasn't working properly Swimming pool on other building so couldn't use it as passing street after using pool with kids not possible in cold weather.

It is sad to hear that our services didn’t meet all of your expectations and even those additional heaters did make you feel warm. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the swimming pool. Even though there are changing rooms and hair driers we understand that it isn’t always convenient to walk outside.
