The property is clean. Managent and customer service attentive, helpful. Room, bathroom, beds comfortable.
Air conditioning not capable of cooling room below 24°

The staff and inside the hotel were amazing and super helpful! The breakfast buffet was also very good! They offer a small dinner choice that you can heat up in your microwave and it’s tasty along with a glass of wine. This is good because there is nowhere in the immediate vicinity to eat. The neighborhood is pretty desolate and not great for taking the bus. The stop is several blocks away and with luggage and 38/. 95 degrees was difficult and the entrance to the hotel was not easy to see!

The hotel staff was amazing! Maverick, the manager, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating!! We would totally stay here again!!

Nice property, questionable location
Posted 24 Jul 2021 on HotelsThis is a nice property with wonderful staff, but the area surrounding the property is a bit seedy. Also, the walk to the tram to go into Bordeaux takes about 20 minutes and the area one walks through is less than desirable.

Very Comfy Stay
