Very pleasant reception staff! Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Bordeaux.

The hotel was a great location for getting to central Bordeaux and the tram. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great new hotel - a little off center but convenient. Nice lovely bar, comfortable well decorated room. Attentive staff.

The staff are very supportive and helpful. They were very kind when we asked for a dinner recommendation. The hotel location is perfect for taking public transportation to get to know the main tourist places.
