Check in was extremely long, there was no check in clerk I had to call someone and when someone eventually came he asked us to wait as he was on a long ass call. My wife and I very often choose Ibis as our go to hotel and this hotel was by far the worst we have stayed at, but I suppose you what you pay for

DISGRACEFUL

The hotel was a disgrace, the bedding was so thin, and the hotel never had any on site (close) disabled parking, The bathroom was disgraceful only one Bath size towel and two small thread bare hand towels for two adults . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, neither should you.

For example, we could have indicated the location of our disabled car park, we have dedicated spaces at the front of the establishment but also at the back. Comfortable, spacious and very clean room. Restaurant on site very convenient. Easy access to tram into the City Centre.
